This meal is 100% vegetarian. We don't use anything from an animal or fish and we don't use any dairy products. We have a garden fresh salad with baby greens, French Cottage Roll with your choice of 3 dressings, along with our Watercress and Potato Soup. We also have pasta salad with artichoke hearts, and a vibrant Eggplant Tofu. For the main dish we have grilled Portebellos, and Sweet Peppers, with Polenta served with a
special sauce.
