Teriyaki Grill - Thinly sliced ribeye steak and chicken, marinated in our own teriyaki sauce and grilled on site. Served with white rice, vegi stir-fry, macaroni salad, garden fresh salad, and fresh fruit trays.

Japanese Breakfast - A great way to start the day or company meeting. Comes with 4 different kinds of onigiri: salmon, omiboshi, combu, and spam. Onigiri is easy to eat and similar to musubi, except the meat is placed inside the rice and wrapped with nori (dried seaweed). Comes with miso soup, and tsukemono (lightly pickled vegetables). Cold mugi-cha (barley tea) or hot green tea are also available.

Japanese Lunch - Teriyaki chicken, grilled on site, and served with your choice of curry: beef, chicken or thinly sliced pork. Comes with tsukemono and white rice. Mugi-cha or sodas are included.

Smokehouse Special - Barbecued beef brisket, and pork shoulder, served over our redneck rice, and a dinner roll. Comes with homemade BBQ sauce, coleslaw, ranch style beans, and local fresh corn. We also add watermelon and pineapple for a complete meal.
Fajita Bar - Marinated beef skirt steak and chicken, grilled on site to perfection. Comes with flour tortillas, salsa, guacamole, cilantro, jalapenos, limes, sour cream, mexican rice, and refried beans. Arriba!
Vegetarian Paradise - Portebello mushrooms, sweet peppers, and polenta, grilled on site, vegi stir-fry, watercress potato soup, and garden fresh salad with baby greens, along with a variety of fresh veggies and toppings. Finished with fresh fruit trays.
Thai Experiance - Green papaya salad, beef and chicken satays, grilled on-site with peanut dipping sauce, red or green chicken curry, jasmine rice, and unchoy with shrimp. We also include fresh fruit for a delightful finish.
