Come visit our friendly restaurant located on the windward side of Oahu, in beautiful Hawaii. We are serving elevated barbecue, like bbq pork quesadillas, and teriyaki tri-tip bowl. Also serving amazing katsu bowls using, fresh local fish, organic chicken, homegrown nasu (eggplant), along with smoothies, breakfast burritos, coffee jelly, and popovers. We always use the finest ingredients, and love to cook with fresh locally grown items whenever possible.

When we started Uncle Bobo's back in 2004, we wanted to reflect the fusion of our two cultures, and a blending of our past experiences. While I'm from all over the south, and Keiko is from Tokyo, we have spent years creating all kinds of fun dishes. Those dishes have certainly changed over the years. Now, our focus is on using fresher, and locally sourced ingredients, to make even more delicious, and healthier menu items.
